Kate Blinstrub, B.Ed. Head Teacher

Kate is responsible for the day-to-day management and staff training. Following a varied and challenging teaching career Kate opened the Nursery in 1989.

Luci Allen, NNEB. Manager

Luci joined us in October 1999 after 2½ years at a similar sized establishment in West Reading. Luci teaches the children aged 4-5 years and organises the planning and assessing for Ofsted. Luci is our Special Needs Co-ordinator and takes full responsibility of the Nursery in Kate's absence.

Michelle Thatcher, NNEB. Senior Nursery Nurse

Michelle joined us in January 2004 after 12 years experience in private day care, nannying and pre-school. She has an in depth knowledge of Special Needs and Health related issues. Michelle works alongside Luci implementing the foundation stage.
